However, in order to check the actual language the article is written in, please look at the two-letter code in the working paper numbering: e.g. "Paper No. 2008-01/IT", where IT= Italian. Similarly, EN= English. Please also notice that Bocconi Legal Papers may additionally be downloaded from SSRN (to view the full list, type "Bocconi Legal Papers" in the "Search Term(s)" dialog and press Key) and Bepress SelectedWorks.
While the papers are deemed suitable for scholarly and professional publications, they might still be under the review process and hence subject to revision.
