Bocconi Legal Papers is the very first Italian Law Review, officially recognized by Bocconi University School of Law of Milan, run and published by a group of students belonging to the same institution. Undoubtedly, such an experience is academically challenging and intellectually stimulating.

Bocconi Legal Papers is the actual continuation of the Italian Legal Scholarship Unbound Working Paper Series (ISSN 1973-9303).
